Generally your spa hot tub filter should be changed every 12 months for normal family use. There are hundreds of different hut tub filter cartridges in use. To help select the correct filter cartridge we will need to know:

a) the height of the filter
b) the width of the filter
c) does it have a thread at the bottom
d) the spa manufacturer's name may also help us

Remember to rinse your filter every couple of weeks with tap water and clean with filter cleaner solution every month and thoroughly rinse before re-using.
